I dont know what it is about Jet Blue flights, but I always end up watching the food network. For my 30 minute flight from ACK to JFK Claire Robinson's 5 Ingredient Fix was on, and although I had never seen the show before, I knew I had to try out her green goddess rice. I used her recipe here and just substituted the rice for quinoa, my favorite grain. I would reccomend possibly increasing the amount used simply because the texture was a little too soup-y for my taste, but it makes an excellent side dish for outdoor parties and can be served cold or warm!
